Can't rate any of the medical team because I couldn't even make an appointment. Receptionist who answered my call kept putting me on hold, and during what conversation we did have she kept calling me "sweetheart." I'm a woman in my 40s, not a child, so that seemed very unprofessional and a little condescending. After being put on hold for the 4th or 5th time I just hung up. I'll seek medical attention somewhere else.

First visit at Family Medical Center and I was pleased with the friendly staff and very nice Dr. Hogue

Terrible. I was admitted but I was in ER for 24 hours with no end in sight so I checked myself out. After my initial intake I did not see a doctor or told what the plan of action was for my care. I asked for a pillow they said they didn't have any. Lies. I asked for a reclining chair they said they didn't have any. Lies.

If I can do no stars I would....I have been calling my oldest child doctor so that he can fill out a medical form for me for my electric company when I day it's been 2 weeks now...I have never met a doctor that didn't know of this form they claim to not know about this medical form which I have been eligible for thus form my whole life nd also my kids...not only my electric company had to fax them this form but the 1st time the doctor fax it back it didn't have a signature at also the electric people send them a 2nd form which this time they had a trainee sign off which by law a doctor have to sign it a doctor should know that now hear it is the day 12 this form still haven't been sign the right way or faced back myblights are due to be cut 9off the 18th this is the most un organized doctor office I have ever been too

The staffs always so nice I always feel comfortable going there the residents And the attending’s oh very professional I’ve never had an issue going there the clinical stuff on the front desk staff are amazing

This is the worst hospital to get treated. Doctors do not seem to be educated enough, not at all, or do not keep themselves educated to update new procedures and medicines. Between the doctors and the nurses, they are just as careless and rootless as the local nursing homes are. They will let you die because they do not keep tabs on patients to make sure the patient did not pick up any infection that would lead to septics before the patient is discharged. Also, some nurses are very lazy. No nursing shortage at this hospital. Just nurses that do not want to work. If you want a modern hospital that has very educated doctors and nurses that will take care of you properly go to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pa.

People at the registration desk and the entrance don't know what they are doing. They send you back and forth with out knowing what they are doing.

I went to Conemaugh after having to be pulled off my train due to medical complications. I had my service dog with me, a Great Dane, and the nurses and doctors at Conemaugh were the kindest, most caring people and they treated us with so much love. They were so understanding and allowed my dog to stay with me the whole time, even allowing my babygirl to get in bed with me to comfort me and brought her food and water. They took her out to potty since I was unable due to my condition, and put us into a hotel when discharged to wait for the next train to come so we could continue our trip. I’ll always fondly remember our experience at Conemaugh and am eternally grateful for the wonderful people there who made a difficult experience so much easier to deal with. Thank you for all that you do; I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Absolutely highly recommended!

Needs to step up their cleaning procedures during the Covid outbreak. Person in front of me was being tested (and was visibly ill), touched various items (including the Topaz pen) & nothing was wiped down. Most of the staff I've dealt with are personable & knowledgeable, and this is in no way a slam towards them.

My family member was in the ER complaining of severe abdominal pain. A young woman asked a few questions and left She did not see a doctor. Never got results of tests. On discharge we ststed we had not had an exam or saw a Doctor.. The nurse asked if we requested a doctor. Then a doctor came and gave a diagnosis. No compassion A robot could have given better care!
