Went to MedExpress Saturday night 5:00 pm after poking my eye with a branch (unintentionally of course!) Seen quickly, Brandon the P.A. was very good! Great interaction, sense of humor but knows his stuff, too. Correctly diagnosed a scratched cornea and ordered antibiotic drops. First two days were rough/feeling much better now. Excellent experience all the way around. Highly recommend these folks!

Seen for blood work. While I was waiting, the nurse who does this goes to lunch!!!! Should have been told that so I can return later.

I will never be returning to MedExpress. I highly suggest going to the ER for serious symptoms instead of this place. I've been sick with Strep-like symptoms for a week, fever of 100+ for a week straight, and horrible pain. I've lost 10 lbs from not being able to eat anything. I went to Med Well first and they said I had a virus. I went to Med Express to see if Med Well missed something. The staff was less than welcoming and acted like I was a nuisance. I asked if my mother was able to come back with me because I was on the verge of passing out, and they told me no because I'm over 18. However, they let an elderly couple go back together. The Dr I saw basically sent me out the door saying I had a virus before examining me. I told him I've had a fever for a week, and he didn't seem to care. So, I basically spent $50 for them to treat me horribly and send me home in pain. Don't waste your time.

Just left about 30 minutes ago. Gave me a hard time about a test. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for no good reason. Had to arrange someone else to get my kids. The person administering the test was unprofessional. The person overseeing the office was unprofessional. The reason for having to redo the test was unprofessional. Worst medical experience of my life... and I've had surgeries and root canals. I do NOT recommend anyone go there. At all. Ever.

horrible place with a horrible staff I'm still waiting on results they say would come back in a couple days ... was prescribed literal nonsense for the condition I'm in and now I'll be visiting the ER this morning due to the incompetence of this "doctors" office ... I do not recommend this place at all ... I REPEAT STAY FAR AWAY

I was very pleased with Dr Myers… amazing Dr.. however the meds he prescribed me I was highly allergic to.. ( not his fault). I wish there were more Drs like him.

Just wanted to say thank you to every staff member that were so kind and got me fixed up quickly. Had developed strep throat quickly, and it was very painful. Everyone was so kind, tried to make me speak as little as possible, and got me the right treatment fast. I say this because as I write this, the swelling and pain have gone down tremendously just from this morning. Thank you MedExpress ❤️
