Molly Trostle's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately my doctor passed away and I was forced to choose a new one ASAP. I went with Molly’s office even after hearing others complain about multiple issues. I had about 4 visits before I actually met Molly. When she arrived on my 4th visit, I asked who she was. She never even introduced herself. I will say she was very nice! She sat right beside me and explained my test results in detail. She spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions. Well that was one and done. I never saw her again and had several appointments after. Here is my biggest issue…. I had a medication appointment but ended up calling off work because I was VERY sick. I thought “it’s fine, I can tell them at my appointment and get treatment”. I called in to let them know I also needed to be seen for an illness (possibly Covid). They informed me that my appointment time had passed by 30min. Being terribly ill, I was confused and mistaken. I immediately apologized and tried to explain the situation. The receptionist cut me off and was VERY rude! She told me she could not get me in and I would be charged a $75 no show fee. I had never been late for an appointment before. I would have completely understood if this was a habit of mine or had even done this once! I told them I will be seeking a new PCP and her reply was “I will put on inactive status then”. I said NO I need a doctor and will call after the change is made. Please be aware. They are money hungry and do not care about patients at all!!! I found out later they dropped me as a patient without informing me. I had papers from a specialist sent to them. They said “she is no longer a patient here”. Yes, I found out through my specialist that I no longer had a PCP. I had to seek one out immediately just to have my pre surgical consult done!

My husband and I have been patients for more than a year now and have never seen Dr. Trostle. Crnps are great tho. Have to wait forever for appt. Noone ever in waiting room, I don't understand it. Been 3 weeks waiting on lab work also. Probably change PCP soon.

I'm only leaving two stars simply because I like Trostle and Courtney. I wish I had been able to see them more often. When I first came to the office, it was due to a concussion and heart problems due to a DV incident. Then literally within months I got into a another bad accident. I didn't have a single problem with them as long as I saw Trostle or Courtney. But then Karen came around and she's a straight up prescription pusher and blames everything on weight. I went in for ear pain and she looked at my throat.... I had a telehealth and she never called me! Three times! I'm now dropped from them because of this and I spent 6 months trying to find another doctors office while dealing with PTSD, depression, hypoglycemia, post partum depression and anxiety. So they basically threw me to the wolves and just shrugged off my health because one of their workers can't stick to a schedule or call her patients. I hope you read this Trostle and you reevaluate who you have working for you.

I’ve had to reschedule a telehealth appointment 3 times because the providers have been running more than an hour behind, or the provider I’ve been scheduled with wasn’t in the office. I called this morning to confirm everything - thank god I did because when they rescheduled me they didn’t put in as a tele health, then I got a call an hour prior to my appointment “just bc she had time” but I was at work and unable to take the call. So she said she’d call me back during my scheduled time. I waited 20 minutes past my time to call and see when to expect the call, was told she was just finishing up with the appointment before mine and she’d be calling shortly. Waited another half hour - but had to clock back in from my lunch - which I specifically took for this appointment - and had to call back and reschedule AGAIN. The girl at the desk, Brittany, told me not to talk to her that way bc she’s not the one running behind and offered no empathy to the situation at all. This office has done nothing but decline in the last 3 years that I’ve been going there. It’s so sad bc options are so limited for this area. Update: since writing a poor review I’ve been notified by the receptionist to tell me that they’ve discharged me as patient. RIDICULOUS. 100% unprofessional. They also frequently use google to look up medications and symptoms so beware you’ll be treated via Dr. Google.

Care is not individualized, they basically try to use the same treatment for everyone. The nurse on the nurse line is rude, the crnp was callous and uncaring. Only met the dr for a few minutes

I've been a patient here for about 5 years now and have no problems with any of the staff. The receptionist Brittany has always been very kind and polite, but does stand her ground when people cuss at her for no fault of her own. Providers get backed up at times, but only because they have so many patients to see, this is also not their fault because so many people are hypercondriacs and go to the doctors over every little thing or only seeking narcotics. This leaves the people who are actually ill and need seen not able to. But all around this is a very good facility to go to. 5 stars!!

I absolutely love Doc Molly and her entire staff. They listen to what my concerns are and will fight for their patients. I have never had any issues at this office. They dig in to make sure they figure out exactly what is wrong with the patient and figure out a treatment plan. My entire family goes to this practice.

All the usual complaints, rude office staff, long wait times, ridiculously high fees to fill out paperwork, but I could overlook all that for a competent, caring dr/nurse practitioner, which you wont find here. Prepare to be treated in a cold callous manner at the lowest points of your life. Care is not individualized, they use a one size fits all type approach. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Worst office and Dr. You never get to actually see the Dr. All she does is collect a pay check.

I love the nurse practitioners and Dr. Trostle. They all take the time to listen to my concerns.
