Dr Shannon is a very personable doctor. Very polite and friendly. He listens to your problem and explains everything concerning your problem. He always takes time with you and never rushes. I broke my hand the other week and Doctor Shannon set it for me at the Indiana ER. This guy is top notch. He was fast, friendly and patient in explaining the scenario to me. He and the support staff at the hospital that morning made the normally dreadful exercise of an ER visit an absolute breeze. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service.
