You couldn't ask for a better Dr.!!! She takes her time with you and makes sure that you understand everything. She isn't one of these Doctors that come in the room and you can tell they are just trying to hurry up and get to the next patient. She is the kindest, sweetest and most compassionate doctor I have ever met!!!

Dr. Stefanick is wonderful, caring, and has a great bed-side manner. She is very persistent in looking for the cause of any abnormal findings. She gave me a choice of a biopsy or to wait and recheck. She is not pushy, she respects your decision.

As a Doctor she is very smart in her field and I was very comfortable talking with her. She has already removed a Mass from Left breast several years ago. I will be seeing her this Friday for a different issue. I have a lot of confidence in her. She is easy to talk to and very nice. I almost forget I am talking to a doctor. Asking Her questions is very easy because she has patience and takes her time ,not like some doctors who are in and out and you didn't even have a chance to ask anything. When I leave her office I feel that she really cares!:)

One of the most thoughtful and compassionate doctor's I have ever had. She takes her time getting to know the patient. She makes sure everything is done to find out the results for the patient. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!

I have had the experience of being a family member of one of Dr. Stefanick's patients(my mom). as well as being treated by her myself. Dr. Stefanick is one of the most skilled, highly professional surgeons that I have ever been involved with, either as a patient myself or as the family member of one of her patients. I feel though, almost more importantly,(because a lot of surgeons are skilled) that what makes dr. Stefanick stand out is her kindness, humanity and ability to see her patients as people as opposed to a number, diagnosis or disease. That is very important to me. Many surgeons are skilled with a scalpel, or possess a lot of knowledge, which is important. However, I feel it is just as important to treat patients as people and not diseases, in order to establish a personal confidence with the patient, instead of just having to rely on a review of the physician's skills that is published by the hospital where the physician is on staff. It is because of her knowledge, skill, conservativeness and overall ability that I entrusted Dr. Stefanick to be entrusted with my care. As well as the fact, as I mentioned previously, of her ability to see a patient as a person as a person rather than a diagnosis. I have recommended her to several friends and relatives because of my trust in her and also because of the outcomes of both the successful surgery that she performed on my mother 16+ years ago, as well as the procedures that she undertook for me in the last several months. It is my belief that without Dr. Stefanick's intervention in both situations, that the outcomes would not have been as favorable. Not less important by any means, Dr.Stefanick's staff is empathetic, knowledgable and pleasant, which helps to make difficult situations/procedures etc. more tolerable. the staff does not act as though a visit to see the doctor is a death sentence, but rather an avenue to best resolve a physical problem.
