Dr. Rollins at Falls Oral Surgery is terrific! Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative…. I immediately felt at ease. Interacted with 4 other staff members who were friendly and professional. Kim took 45 minutes on a 3 way call to resolve my insurance problem. She is a gem! Would HIGHLY recommend this practice. Walked away with a positive experience.

This office should be ashamed to even practice medicine. To have a surgery scheduled for 2pm and 730pm be told you probably wouldn’t be seen until 9 or later. They fasted 20 hours on top of being a DIABETIC and the area being infected and now won’t be seen for another week. Are you people kidding me what’s it going to take someone to die under these conditions before you realize you are over booking surgery’s or whatever it is you are doing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog then alone people.

I had a follow up appt.one week later after having surgery and he asked me how I felt and I told him my wrist were bothering me and I recieved a bill in the mail for a charge because of him asking how I felt and it all is about I filed a claim against him so if you go to his office dont answer any questions,I would'nt recommend any of my friends or family go to pittsburgh or altoona,I'll never go to him again he lied and had many conflicting stories,you go to a follow up appt. and are asked how you feel and get charged a fee and after seeing other doctors whom figured out what really was going on with what my health condition was it's all about making money.

My daughter got biten by a dog we was pointed to DR. ROLLINS he is an amazing Doctor his so good as what he does I wouldn't of wanted my daughter to seek help from anyone else glade we had him in are situation

I know you ( Dr. Rollins) probably remember Vince. You treated him for months. After his last visit with you Dr. Rollins, we went for a second opinion because you would not do any testing or listen to Vince's complaints of fevers, increased drainage, malaise....etc.....Within a week the new plastic surgeon did testing and found infection so bad that it destroyed underlying tissue/ muscle and bone of the 2 wounds you were treating with just saline/ betadine dressings. These wounds required surgeries. The infection destroyed his anal sphincter requiring a permanent COLOSTOMY and removal of infected bone , bed rest for 7 months in the hospital and a nursing home. PICC line for antibiotics. His lungs got so bad from lying around that he needed intubated on a ventilator. I had to quit my job in order to take care of him. Vince trusted you so much . He now can only tolerate sitting up for 2 hours at a time. I know you enjoyed seeing his woodcarvings so much. He can barely do that anymore. My heart is broken seeing him this way. PLEASE, listen to your patients concerns so you don't destroy someone else's life.
