Dr. Kupchella has been the biggest blessing on my son's health journey. We had other doctors that wanted to throw pills at us as first line treatment but Dr. Kupchella really cared about finding the root cause of his symptoms. She listens to you and takes you seriously as a patient. She educated you on what is going on in the body. I couldn't have found a better doctor. If your child is struggling especially with odd behavior/signs of mental Illinois/autism symptoms I can't recommend her enough!

It's not so much dr. but entire Pediatric Care specialist practice. The staff was rude and condesending, everytime we went to dr for problem, we saw someone different and got a different opinion and "to come back in a few days if it doesn't clear up" We were seen 4 times in two weeks for one problem. Eventually, we went to new practice. When I asked for a dr to call me, I was given a rude response about them being busy and don't know when they will be able to call. I said I would wait. Three months later I am still waiting.
