Some of the office staff is nice others are very rude. The doc pushes for physical therapy even when it's not working. I've been in therapy for 3 months and feel as though I've hit my limit. The doctor has unrealistic expectations for what he wants, I work full time with a demanding schedule. Not enough time in the day to do everything and won't give me some time off work to do all of his expectations. The doc was nice, but doesn't have the best bed side manor. Didn't talk about the tests just told me I had to have them. One of the tests I had complications with the last time it was done and he didn't even bother to see if I was comfortable with it. I asked for an MRI or a CAT scan and was denied because he didn't like the way that the already taken x-rays were done. So I have to 4 more done, instead of more reliable testing. I felt like what I wanted didn't matter and what was what he wanted was golden. Will be seeking a second opinion.

Had an appointment with Dr. Rundorff earlier today. I highly recommend the dr.

Dr Rundorff is a one of a kind awesome doctor! Over the past 10 years I've seen some of the best and some that could have cost me my life. Yes the first time I went to see him, he was serious, straight laced and dressed very professional. He could have seen me for the one problem I was sent to him for but he saw more. I went to him to see if I had enough of a problem with my hands that I needed carpal tunnel surgery in both hands. But just talking with me he saw another problem, how I had a serious problem with remembering anything. I saw other doctors over a period of time, none of those doctors saw a problem they could help me with Dr Rundorff did!! And then after hearing about having meningioma brain tumor surgery, he knew the type of therapy I needed and set me up with an awesome man, who worked in the Crichton Rehabilitation Center in Johnstown. His name was Carlos who just retired last year. Dr Rundorff set me up with 6 visits with Carlos and to all of our surprise, I only needed to see him for three of those visits because I did what was explained to me what I needed to do if I wanted to get better!! I have to give Dr Rundorff the greatest thank you. If it weren't for him seeing something other than what I was sent to him for, I would be worse today. He helped me in such a great way it has seriously changed my life and enabled me to do things I would have never been able to accomplish without his help!! We see doctors who we expect to know and understand everything about us the first meeting. It's not that easy for them because they meet people every day, all with different types of personalities and problems. It's not like going to a job doing the same repetitive thing every day. Their job can change every day in the medical field. Not to mention some patients can wear you out if they've had their problem longer than they should have and now stand at the door where they need help now!! Dr Rundorff tries to help you in any way he can but you need to meet him halfway too. He can't read your mind but if you talk to him like you would if he was your friend, you'll see the largest communication problem go away!! He showed me an extreme amount of compassion and caring about how difficult my daily life was. I felt like I was number one, his only patient and I will be forever grateful to him for everything he did for me!! And yes I did have carpal tunnel surgery on both hands which made the biggest difference in my everyday life! Before you judge a doctor especially on your first visit, give him a chance to show you it's not just a job. And just like you and I they have bad days also. My first visit, I actually answered one of his questions with a joke, it made him laugh which really eliminated any uncomfortable feelings on my side. My impression of him was it's his heart and soul to help you to get better. He's a 5 star doctor in my book and I hope we have him around for a long time!! He takes care of you like you're family!! He's an awesome doctor and I would go back to him in a heartbeat knowing I'll get the very best care available!! Thank You Dr Rundorff!! :-)

Office staff was very rude, the Doctor was downright cruel. Zero bedside manner. And if that wasn't bad enough I was never actually able to obtain the test results. I would never go back there under any circumstances. Horrible experience.

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Unprofessional. Made me feel very uncomfortable when I had on a hospital gown for my exam. The second visit, I worn loose, stretchy clothes so I wouldn't need to change and he was angry with my refusal to change. He didn't look at all the reports from all of my doctors and didn't care what I had to say. He told me it was unrealistic to expect to be pain free and I have been in pain for a long time so I should go back to work anyway and just deal with being in pain. Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend him to anyone.

The man does not tell you he sits on the Board of large companies working for them in workmans comp. He definately does not look at the whole picture or base the his diagnosis on what the patient says but draws his own conclusions through assumption and discounts patient's needs. He absolutely discounts patients prior injuries acting as if there is not a cummalative effect from prior injuries. Basically, what I have seen and heard his attitude is You are not hurt very badly, quit lying....it's not fair to the company.....

Very caring and understanding doctor. He treats you the way a person should be treated.
