Dr. Massoud is a very competent and compassionate provider who really cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain things. His staff is competent and friendly. I really like that he provides both primary care as well as follows up his patients if they are ever admitted to the hospital. His focus on health maintenance is also much appreciated. You may have to wait a little while to get an appointment to see him but the wait is worth it. I can see from the plaques on his walls that he is very involved in the teaching of medical staff. As a health care provider myself, I trust and appreciate Dr. Massoud and his staff.

Dr Massoud has been taking care of my mom for several years. I take her to all her appointments. She’s 86 years old and had a stroke last year. Dr Massoud is so kind and caring, and he’s so knowledgeable. My mom loves him and so do I. We are so grateful that she has such a wonderful doctor. He makes so much time for her whenever she has an appointment with him. She looks forward to her visits with him.

Dr. Massoud saved my mothers life in 2011, she was in the hospital for six weeks in 2011 and his care and attention to her was excellent. She is still with us today at 94 and doing well all thanks to this wonderful physician.

Dr. Massoud cared for my elderly parents for several years. He was compassionate, empathetic, and gave his undivided attention! He is an excellent thorough physician and always professional. After my father passed, he treated my mother with the utmost respect and never left without giving my 92 year old mother a hug! When my mother's health was failing, he gave us the time, direction, and attention we needed to get through a very difficult time. Dr. Massoud and staff are the BEST!

If you NEED a competent Dr. & Staff, keep looking, elsewhere. Service was tolerable (still lots of room for improvement) when had 2 qualified nurses, but they left and the place has plummeted ever since.

I have called several times in the early to mid afternoon, from Monday through Friday, only to find the office is closed. This is very inconvenient and also quite surprising. This has nothing to do with the doctor - it has to do with the ease to contact someone in the office during normal business hours.

We asked lots of questions because we didnt understand what was happening to our loved one. He did not like to to be questioned. Refused to entertain other possibilities for her pain. We requested a specialist referral for over a week and he flatly refused. Changed her to another Internist and she is doing MUCH better now.
