Very frustrating practice. Having hashimotos Is frustrating enough but having office staff so unwilling to help you is horrible especially when the insurance company is saying yes we just need this and they are out right refusing to help.

Very unhappy with this office. They don't care about my well being or my daughters. The nurse is actually extremely rude! I am looking for a new doctor to transfer my care. I have a new dx of Hyperparathyroidism that this office has been missing for years!!!!

He stated that I was only a thyroid to him and was unwilling to discuss or explore how other hormones could be contributing to my post covid long haul syndrome. He Also referred to a very elevated lab result as the high end of normal when it was almost double the high margin of normal. This elevated lab work was reported to his office and not responded to for almost two weeks. He also referred me immediately to an immunologist when I inquired if he suggested any healthcare practices to help prevent the onset of a fourth autoimmune disease.

Confidence in a doctor means the world today. A change in medication can be very concerning; yet Dr. Elsdai and team were able to share with confidence about the next prescribed medication for my hypothyroidism. Highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Elsdai... wonderful doctor. Great diagnostic doctor after carefully looking over my records and ordering follow up tests he knew right away what my problem was... hyperparathyroidism......I didn't really know what it was and he was kind and patient with us fully explaining everything. Recommended a surgeon and after surgery all is good. I only see him for yearly checkup. He as well as his entire staff are friendly and accommodating. His appointment are always on time also no long waits.

Dr. Elsdai has been treating me for Type II diabetes. My A1c was 9.9. Under his care, my A1c has dropped to 7 in just 3 months. He is my hero. He treats me like family. I look forward to being his patient for many years

My family doctor had no idea thay I was type 1, and had me diagnosed as type 2. Obviously treatments for type 2 diabetes don't work for type 1. Less than a minute into the appt with Dr Elsdai, he guessed my diagnosis right and sent me for blood work to confirm.

After writing a review about staff doctor asked me why... I explained and he told me he would fix things since then they have been polite good doctor listens well to patients

All but one test says hyper he decided it was hypo instead. I have not a single side effect of hypo but every side effect of hyper. Makes no sense. Could go on and on about all that he said but not worth my time
