Weldon Lovely's Online Review Report Card

New to area and did not know any doctors to go to for my foot. My PC suggested Dr. Lovely and I have been very happy with him and his office. Everyone has been very helpful and easy to deal with.

TOO LONG OF A STORY....had to go to Pittsbugh to have the toe implant removed.....Would never recommend Lovey's office for anything....

A COMPLETE DISASTER, IT'S BEEN 10 MONTHS NOW AND NOTHING BUT PAIN AND SWELLING, AND AFTER CHECKING WITH A DOCTOR IN PITTSBURGH, THE TOE IMPLANT HAS TO BE REMOVED, WHAT A NIGHTMARE..."WARNING" BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU GO IF FOOT SURGERY IS NEEDED....

Dr. Lovely is wonderful as well as the rest of his staff. He is funny and kind, and so knowledgeable. He spent as much time as I needed, he explained my problems and what our options of treatment I have available. He put my mind at ease when I needed an injection, and wow did it help! All of this staff is great too, from the gal at check in, to the girls who take me back to the room and the gal who checks out, all are friendly. They are always willing to work with my hectic schedule and find me the right fit their schedule, which, as a working working single mom, is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Lovely seems to be a good Dr. "Unfortunately his staff is very unprofessional." My wife had seen him a few times and I had went with her for one of her appointments. I have a very well behaved serivce dog that goes with me almost everywhere, upon entry I was treated with hostility by one of the receptionist. She was very rude with me and demanded I show documents and licenses that proved she was a service dog. I tried to explain our rights and even gave her a card that stated she was asking for something that does not exist. At that time my wife got called back to the room. I started to walk back with wife and she threatened to call the cops. I told her to call cause she would be the one getting a fine. Then she started with HIPAA and said I was not allowed in the rooms. By this time i was anoring her so she told the lady that was walking us to the room to put us in room one, having to backtrack because we already passed room one. I was very disappointed and shocked by what room on

Save yourself the time go somewhere else. The office staff is awful.

Dr. Lovely is absolutely wonderful. Required Achilles surgery, which he diagnosed after previous podiatrist botched. He and his staff are terrific, so glad that I found this competent and compassionate doctor. Highly recommend!

Best ever!!! should have gone years ago. Everyone was great. I recommend dr lovely to everyone.

Dr. Lovely was great! Bedside manners were great, procedure went well and I was informed the entire time what was going to happen, and he answered every question clearly. His staff made the visit complete. They knew how to assist Dr. Lovely with my procedure and were knowledgeable. Went in for one toe, but I got 2 nails fixed because of the issues I had. No problems. Only took 1.5 hours and I was a new patient. Great job!!

I would give Dr Lovely a 10 star rating if I could, BUT office staff is another world. I was refused surgery because I had a 6,700.00 out of pocket on my insurance. Billing DAWN did not no the difference between co-pay and out of pocket. I was to have surgery on January 13,2017 and was called two days before and was told it was cancelled. It is now Feb. 20, 2017 and I was told that my surgery was on hold and not to be scheduled until Dawn told them to. Security Blue also called her for me.
