I have been going here for over 11 years now and as long as I live in the area I will continue seeing them as my Primary Care Physician. Karl & Michelle are very attentive and thorough. Staff is very friendly. Prescription refills are called in very quickly as well as referrals. It can take some time to get scheduled in but it is well worth it.

Recently established as a new patient with the nurse practitioner. Great practice. Appointment was very thorough. Staff was friendly. Office updated and clean. Overall great experience!

I have been a member of this practice for over 10 years. Although there have been intermittent issues with the front desk staff, I have found that overall the office staff is very helpful and accommodating. I enjoy seeing both Dr. Zimmerman and his nurse practitioner Michele Zimmerman. I find them both extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My appointments are never rushed. This is a very nice small family medical practice. I highly recommend it.

Cannot say enough about this practice! I recently started seeing Dr. Zimmerman and Michelle Zimmerman, NP and feel completely comfortable scheduling appointments with either of them for my medical needs. I've never been to a practice that spends the time and attention that they both do with their patients.

I've been to many doctors around the West Chester and Kennett areas and Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are by far, the best. They truly take their time with each patient and the care and attention to detail is fantastic. I can honestly say I would not be in the health state I am right now without Willowdale Internal Medicine.

Great practice! Feel completely comfortable alternating visits between Dr. Zimmerman and Michele Zimmerman, NP. Both very thorough, kind, and caring. Take time to listen and address all concerns. Staff recently changed and experience with them has been good. Highly recommend this practice!

Staff is very rude & unaccommodating. Doctor now requires you to alternate visits with his wife, a NP! Not what I agreed to when I selected him as my PCP. He will no longer talk to you on the phone. He used to be great, but it now appears he's more concerned about his bottom line than he is about his patients.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Karl Zimmerman and Michelle Zimmerman RNCNP for 20 years. They, along with the rest of the staff are warm, caring and current on the latest medical information. They take their time with me and I never feel rushed. They take time to talk and answer questions and I feel very confident in their medical advice.
