They use scare tactics to get more money off of you. They charged for lab work before sending it out and now are sending me bills for what I already have paid for. They are thieves and robbers.

I really liked the office staff and my dermatologist, Dr Margetas. They were very professional and well run. I didn't have to wait very long either. I'll be going back now, especially since I can make my appointments a year ahead. This will prevent me forgetting in the future. I'd recommend them for sure.

Drove 45 minutes because I got a good recommendation on this place. 6 minutes late due to construction traffic and they said I had to reschedule. No grace given at all. I do recall waiting at least 10 minutes at my initial appointment. Had a nice conversation with a man in the waiting room though.

Customer service reps in scheduling & billing are so hard to understand due to speaking broken English. Professional practices should employ professional customer service employees. L
