DO NOT GO HERE!!! The doctors are inadequate and you have ZERO PARENTAL RIGHTS AND THEY WILL THREATEN YOU WITH CPS!!! My newborn woke up with a mild fever so we brought her in. Unfortunately, we realized a little too late that my insurance was not accepted at this establishment. So we politely told the doctors we had to leave and go to Saint Christophers right down the road. They told us if we tried to leave they would call CPS ON US! Then they told us it was MANDATORY to do a spinal tap (LP) to check for meningitis even though she had no symptoms of meningitis. No one told us that the LP (Lumbar Puncture) was MANDATORY upon arrival. As her parents we were not ok with these doctors sticking a needle in my 20 day old daughters spine!!!! We explained that we were not comfortable with that and would like to leave. THEY BROUGHT IN A SOCIAL WORKER! Told us again we could not leave the building without getting CPS involved. Even if we signed a AMA (Against Medical Advice) form we would still get CPS called on us. We were threatened and felt like prisoners in our room. They absolutely threatened us and forced us to do a spinal tap on my baby girl. I felt sick to my stomach and wanted to fight it but was told I couldn’t. Then guess what...the doctor who threatened us and made us do the procedure STABBED HER 3 TIMES AND FAILED!!! He was also the doctor in charge! How do you fail that?!?! I wouldn't wish what my daughter went through on my worst enemy. My boyfriend is the strongest man I know and he could barely hold it together after seeing what she went through. Having to hold her in place and watch this doctor jab needles in our daughters spine with zero say as her father while she screamed and was traumatized and IT WAS ALL FOR NOTHING BECAUSE HE FAILED!!!! We get forced to stay by this doctor then the same doctor couldn't even do the procedure correctly! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
We had a great experience here with my son! The facility is absolutely beautiful and clean. Dr. Dedhia and the surgical nurses were amazing. CHOP’s pharmacy delivered his prescription ear drops right to our room before we left- so convenient!
Hate having to take my kids to a hospital. This place was by far the easiest experience I ever had at a hospital. Even better that it was for my kid. In and out easily. Staff all are attentive and professional. Facility is brand new so everything is modern and clean. Not that I want to come back, but if I need a hospital for my kids, I’m coming here again.
I brought my 7 month baby to the emergency room at 1:45 , the hospital has almost one doctor who is running the overnight emergency shift, no care is provided , every time I call the nurse she says doctor will be here shortly and no one shows up, very frustrating and sad That babies have to wait long time before they get checked in an emergency room, I really wonder if there is anyone is over seeing this hospital??? Even their reviews is too low for a hospital
Do not even come close to this hospital....
Wow! Where do I begin? What a fabulous experience despite the circumstances. As a parent, the last thing we want is for our little ones to have to undergo surgery etc. however the process & the staff from start to finish was phenomenal! The facilities were all very clean & neat. We have nothing but good things to say about the care we received. Thank you to all the of the 3rd floor surgery center care team!
My son is always in good hands when ever he comes here ! The nurses are always so nice ! My son was brought in the ER they took him Back fast and his nurses was extremely awesome he was admitted to the 4th floor the nurses made us feel like we where at home so sweet and patient with my toddler and made sure that I was okay too thank you so much ! THE ROOMS ARE SO NICE ! I felt my baby had his own side and I had my mommy side once he went to sleep and the food ordering process is good !
How does a doctor say I will call, but never call back. Just don't say it please. Then during urgent care, states they're not familiar with certain bone fractures b4 is scary to hear. Then Dismiss us, have us call another chop office downtown, Philly, when I was told the same kop have the same care. In the end, #still referred to return to KOP for care. God make a way You are the healer. Need honest doctors.
Haven’t visited this location yet, but major money move !. Location is private and clean also near major transit and expressway.
UPDATED: USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER OPTION. The total cost for a minor wrist fracture that was originally diagnosed by another facility was $2,258. Had we needed initial x-rays too, it would have been $3,082.25! Care was fine (hence my initial 2 stars), but the COSTS WERE INSANE. Our daughter had a minor buckle fracture in her lower arm that was x-rayed and diagnosed at another orthopedic urgent care. They don't treat young kids, so had to go to CHOP to get a cast. Despite meeting with the doctor for only ~5 mins for him to "confirm" what we already knew (a buckle fracture) and then have them put a cast on, we were charged $758.75. $555 of that was for a "35-45" minute visit, even though only ~5 min of that was with the doctor. After talking with Billing I was told that they charge for the entire time between when you check in and then check out, including any time you wait in the back, so keep that in mind if you decide you need to go here. Of course we also had to go back to have the cast removed. Just for taking 3 xrays they charged $732.25 (after insurance negotiation rates, originally it was $1,331.37). The national average for 1 xray is $125 or $375 for 3. They basically charged double what it should cost! They then charged an additional $92.25 just to read them and an additional fee for the office visit. This is price gouging at its finest because they know there aren't other options.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
