Literally the greatest doctor I could have imagined wonderfully pleasant and welcoming preformed 5 of my procedures and never had a bad experience

Didn't listen was committed to what he liked. Has technical skills but not aesthetic skills. I wasn't infected but look like a freak. Do not trust him with anything that shows. He should have retired 40 years ago but he knows how to schmooze

Had a breast reduction. I wasn't pleased, he took too much off. I still have stitches 5 years later. I had multiple cysts & infections. He was dismissive when I told him of still feeling stitches...

Refused to put a bandaid on a incision his wife,Francine Cedron ,made

I am very disappointed with Dr, Caplan practice, and the outcome of my procedure. I went in for a reduction and results were not that great. . When I told Dr Caplan how I felt during the post opp his reaction was not professional. He even made me cry. Dr, Caplan was very confrontational and had a very bad attitude making fun of me. I would NOT recommend the doctor for any procedures.

I was told and confirmed by Dr. Caplan I would have two scars on the right and left side if my neck to remove tissue. I WAS BUTCHERED , yes I had two scars on the right and left side. However I also had the tisssue that was suppose to be removed, I BEEN DEFORMED ever since. Thanks Dr. Caplan

Dr. Howard Caplan has always been direct (which not everyone likes to hear) with procedures that I do not need. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field and I highly recommend him. Been seeing him for many years for procedures and more than once, he has told me I do not need it. I trust him implicitly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Caplan's for many years. He is a physician of high integrity and actually discouraged procedures I wanted to have done. Not many doctors dissuade people from a procedure where they would make money. He does. He calls things as he sees them, which may put off some people, but I value this. I referred a friend who had been in a car accident where her face broke the windshield of a car (the car hit her while we were crossing the street) and she is even more beautiful now than before the accident, thanks to Dr. Howard Caplan. Put your trust in this doctor. He knows what he is doing and has extensive procedures. If something really does not need to be done, he won't do it and he'll tell you why,

Dr. Caplan did my otoplasty several years ago and the results were horrendous. He made the tops of my ears square instead of round and he inexplicably set the tops of my ears closer to my head than the bottoms, necessitating painful (and not completely successful) revision surgery.

I am a former patient of Dr. Caplan's & hope to become again one of his present patients. Due to us relocating I had to find another Dr. We are now presently in the Exton area. My first visit, many years ago, with Dr. Caplan was to help me with a major scar due to the removal of a maglinant melonma from a previous Dr., it looked like someone branded me. Dr. Caplan resized it so that I could feel, look & dress like a woman again. 5 yrs later I had to have a partial mastectomy & my chest wall reconstructed. He again performed what I call "his magic". I can not say enough about him. He is kind, considerate, & professional! Thank you Dr. C!
