Jason Savochka's Online Review Report Card

I have been a client at Pinnacle for the last 3-4 years and I have been VERY satisfied as a customer since day one. The environment is clean and well kempt. The staff is extremely personable and helpful (positive customer service experiences are VERY important to me), and Pinnacle's entire staff go above and beyond to help make each visit a very enjoyable one. Dr. Savochka is THE BEST. He always takes his time and is willing to answer any and all questions -- I never feel rushed (big plus). He is professional, easy to talk to/interact with, and is very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend -- I wish I found Pinnacle sooner! The end-to-end customer experience is easily five stars - six if I could!

Extremely knowledgable doctor ..he helped my friend last year with her retina issue in her eyes.. he was the only one to diagnose that and immediately sent her to retina specialist ..he also made sure to check on her 3 times even after that.. n he was the only doctor who told me that I have cylinder axis in my eyes ..and he changed my lenses and now I can see so clearly.. best eye doctor..

I had an eye emergency on Sunday evening. Dr. Savochka called me back immediately and saw me first thing Monday morning. He was friendly, quick and made me feel at ease with the diagnosis. I felt confident he gave me the right information and that I was receiving the best treatment.

Dr. Savochka and his staff are great. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived for my appointment. He came out to greet me personally to take me back for my exam. The exam and contact evaluation were quick but completely thorough. His operation seems to be extremely respectful of his patients’ time. His staff completely understood my vision plan which has been an issue I have experienced with other practices in the past. I even appreciated the little things like an emailed receipt that I didn’t have to take home to scan for my medical fund. I was very happy all around with the experience and am looking forward to continuing to go back.
