Jeffrey A Rihn Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Rihn conducted cervical spine surgery on me recently with discectomy and fusion. He is an excellent surgeon who explained the process effectively and was answered all my questions. My care at Riddle Hospital was very good and instructions for recovery care were comprehensive.

Dr. Rihn and his staff performed a microdiscectomy. Pain relief was immediate. Recover was a walk in the park compared to the pain I was in prior to surgery. Communication from pre- to post - op was impeccable. After surgery communication with the PA's was extremely helpful and all of the staff from the office to the surgery center were extremely kind and made the experience a lot less stressful. Thank you to Dr. Rihn and your amazing team for allowing me to get back to life as I knew it.

Rothman Orthopedics is an exceptional group of professionals. Although I was initially seen for one ailment, a totally different and more serious condition was identified in the course of the physician 's thorough examination and I was referred to Dr. Rihn for further consultation. Dr. Rihn was genuinely concerned for my total well-being. Although all indications were that I needed surgery, I was originally hesitant to move forward. After a lengthy conversation with Dr. Rihn, I was confident with my decision to have the surgery. Dr. Rihn, the surgery prep team, the surgery team, the nursing staff and all associates related to my recovery were phenomenal. Everyone was professional, courteous, competent, compassionate to my every need throughout every step of my journey to recovery.

Dr. Rihn has been such a blessing. I have struggled with back problems and issues for years. I needed to have a lumbar laminectomy and fusion of my L4, L5 and S1. I saw a few doctors to determine what steps I would take and who I would choose to do this very much-needed surgery. After meeting with Dr. Rihn and doing some additional research, I realized he was the best one for the job! Had it done at Rothman in Dec 2021. Just had my 8 month follow up appt and have been cleared. My results have been great and the care I have received along the way from the beginning to the end has been top-notch. I feel like a new person, no more living in constant pain and starting to feel athletic again. Dr. Rihns entire staff and team have been fantastic! They truly care about their patients. Even though we moved away from the area, I still drove 6 hours back to see Dr. Rihn for this surgery and all the follow-ups. I would recommend him to anyone else in need of back surgery and relief!
