List of MIchael A Aronsky's Reviews
Dr. Aronsky changed my life with my lens implants. He was kind, and amazing. He talked me through the whole surgery. His team was amazing! When I opened my eyes and saw 20/40 for the first time, his team took part in my joy. Now, I have 20/20 vision and can drive at night. I cant thank him enough for an amazing job!
I had refractive surgery with Dr. Aronsky a few months ago and I see perfectly! He’s a fantastic surgeon and also has a great bedside manner. I have started referring family and friends to him as well!
My cataract surgery was botched and my eyesight permanently damaged. The response I got from Kremer was..."that's the way it's supposed to be". If only i could go back in time I would run the other way from this business.
First-class doctor and staff.
Dr. Aronsky provided me professional and friendly guidance. I had visited Kremer in King if Prussia, PA to discuss possible options for vision correction procedures. The whole staff was courteous and efficient and I even was seen earlier than my scheduled appointment. I strongly recommend this doctor and office to those interested in eye care.
I had LASIK eye surgery yesterday at Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia, PA. The entire staff is excellent - friendly, helpful and ready to answer questions & explain everything. I felt well taken care of from first visit to surgery and follow-up. It is a team effort at Kremer. The tim3 with Dr. Aronsky was limited - at end of initial qualifying exam; returned my call w a question; then for surgery and post-surgery questions. Though limited very informative.
Had my sx November 14, 2014 and still loving it to this day! Best thing I have ever done for myself! Dr. Aronsky did an amazing job and my only regret was not doing it sooner!
I can't disagree more with the reviewer before me! Keep in mind that his review about LASIK at Kremer is from 2007- now Dr. Aronsky and Kremer Laser use bladeless intralase technology- the blade mentioned in the other review and the problems associated with it are not an issue. I had Lasik yesterday (yesterday!!) and I can see perfectly! The procedure was painless and Dr. Aronsky and the staff at Kremer made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions and made me feel important. I couldn't be happier with my choice and I will recommend Dr. Aronsky to anyone in the King of Prussia area considering laser eye surgery.
I just got Visian b Dr. Aronsky in both eyes, and the results are amazing!! My vision was -12 in one eye and -11 (that's right, not 1.2, actually 12!!!!) and I was not a candidate for Lasik, so Kremmer suggested I get Visian. I'm so glad I did! The procedure was really quick (about 15 minutes for each eye) and everyone was very professional, helpful, and friendly (not 3 qualities I ever expected to see in any medical staff at the same time) there. Dr. Aronsky seemed well versed in this procedure, and made pleasant conversation during the procedure. I'm now about 10 days after my procedure, seeing 20/20, and so happy that I got the procedure done! After 20 years of wearing contacts and glasses, it's magical to be able to see again (I was able to see literally RIGHT after he did each eye - it was AWESOME!!). Honestly, Dr. Aronsky has one of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced with a doctor.
Almost a year after my procedure my vision is perfect and my eyes are without any issues. One day this Fall, I walked into a warm restaurant from the outside and I could see. This is spectacular because if you are a glasses wearer, the colder months are particularly annoying because of the fog factor. I would do it again in a heartbeat and it was money well spent for a quality service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
