I have been seeing Dr. Allawh since 2019 and she has helped my psoriasis tremendously. She always continues to listen to my concerns, perform thorough skin exams and has cleared by psoriasis for the first time in my life! She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She calls back all of her patients (myself and family members) which is hard to find in a physician. I highly recommend for all of your skin concerns.

The doctor is fine, but her front desk person could have used some training. Long story short: I received a message this morning saying the doctor would be out of office on my original appointment day and I should call. So I called but the front desk was kinda rude, hanging up on me while I was halfway wrapping up by saying “have a good one”. I’m by no means a long-winded person. Just thought the front desk person should be a bit more polite/pleasant on the phone, especially when it’s the office that cancelled an appointment and asked the patient to call. Dr Allawh was great and easy to talk to. The office scheduling system was so easy to use. Once you schedule online, you are able to grab earlier appointments that open up. The office staff are very efficient. I'm not sure I've been in and out of a doctor's appointment faster.

Second office visit and she seemed in a rush during appointment. She recommended a treatment, but then must have forgotten. I left confused with treatment plan.

Dr Allawh is amazing. So kind and compassionate and listens to all of my concerns. Took her time with me and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family! She is a 10++

Worst Dr. I have ever had. Not only did she drop the ball - not return any of my messages for SIX DAYS when I was having a health crisis (outbreak of hives so severe my core temp lowered, skin was hot, entire body was raw and red) with NO EXCUSE OR APOLOGY- but then she complicated the attempts of the Dr. who did answer my messages and wrote me a prescription for steroids by calling the pharmacy and switching the prescription to be under her name. This of course delayed the process and I was scarcely able to get the steroids before the pharmacy closed. Then, she decided not to sign-off on a prescription refill but didn't tell the pharmacist until the DAY AFTER I was supposed to receive it which forced me to call my GP to see if she could then call in the refill. Even the pharmacist who was supposed to send me the specialty medication by mail suggested I find a new dermatologist. Terrible.

I initially made the appointment for my son. Had such an amazing encounter, she was so clear with the plan and really was open to my concerns that I made an appointment for myself that day.

Been to 2 other dermatologists with little improvement in my rash. Dr Allawh was able to figure out my rash ointment 1 visit!
