This place came highly recommended from a friend and I was met with this cringey AI virtual assistant when I called to try and schedule a new patient appointment. It even had these weird fake office background noises of people talking and phones ringing. It refused to answer my questions about their available services and if they would meet my needs as a new patient or route me to a real person who could answer them. Given some of the past Google reviews about how communication was this office’s weakness, implementing this was definitely a questionable choice—one that made me decide not to enroll as a new patient here.

I was seen shortly after my appointment time, and doctor and the technician were both very professional, efficient, responsive and kind. I felt that although it was a full body exam, my privacy was able to be respected, which I sincerely appreciate.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The assistant was pleasant, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was wonderful, attentive, and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire staff created a positive and caring environment, and my overall experience was excellent. I truly appreciated the level of kindness and professionalism shown during my visit and will definitely be returning in the future.

Upon coming into the office I approached Samar. She informed me that the office didn’t take my insurance even though I was just there 10 days ago with the same insurance. They never called me to say they made a mistake before and my insurance was not accepted. She told me that I would have to pay $175.00 today just to be seen. My daughter was in the middle of a treatment for her extreme eczema flare. We were told to come back so that the Dr could see if her treatment was working. They never even went back to consult with the dr. To see what she may have wanted to do. Samar was not trying to work with us at all she could have given me the option to bill me or something of that matter. She made me not even want to return and I will never recommended them based off of her alone.

Dr. IIyas is such a wonderful and kind person and the best doctor ever! I wish that she could be my family doctor because I trust her expertise and guidance implicitly.

Fatima and her assistant always are friendly, knowledgable, professional, and on-time. This stands out from the majority of my experiences in medical offices and is very much appreciated. I no longer live in the area but never mind traveling back to see her because of the incredible healthcare she provides.
