Dr Burns and his staff only care about helping when you are sitting in the exam room with an appointment. Don't try to call wanting to talk to nurses and PA, they don't pick up the phone, Don't even leave a message asking to call back because they won't. No Response.

Does not care about patients. Never told my family member he had cancer, so he could leave the surgery center on a Friday afternoon without waiting around. Misdiagnosed the size of the tumor. Thank god we took our family member out of town for a second opinion!

He just treats minor urologic ailments. He is not up on the latest procedures. When he can't help he refers you to Geisinger. When he can't milk your insurance anymore he gets rid of you. Go to a excellent Dr in the first place!
