The Wright Center Kingston Practice's Online Review Report Card

First allow me to praise the front desk people for always making me feel comfortable.I use to swear by this center from day number one. They made me feel so at home. I had visited multiple doctors offices therefore I thought I had found the answers to my prayers.Anyways I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Scotti normal enough right? I was triaged and placed in a examining room. Dr. Scotti is surprised Im there so he continues with probing questions while he tries to figure out who I am. He says Ill be right back and he never comes back another doctor comes in starts questioning me again as if I dont know whats transpiring. Dr. Scotti wanted to go home so he left me with this random doctor.Here is where I get disturbed. He starts looking to prescribe me all these different medication based on a five minute Q A with me concerning my type 2 diabetes. I allowed him to finish his production as if he really cared. I played right along.My issue is dont feed me steak to get me on board then do the bait and switch like all these other doctors offices treat their patients. Now could it have been because Im a African American that I was treated in such a manner? I could play that card very easily. But I was professionally dressed in a monogrammed dress shirt with slacks and a pair Bostonian cap toe oxford tie ups.So the Wright Center loses four stars for dropping the ball on my last visit. 😢

Got an appointment for my 75 year old mother to get her COVID vaccine. Found out there is a copay as they bill it as an office visit. Why is there a charge when other vaccine clinics are free? Cancelling and am very disappointed in their money making scheme.

Very well organized for the Covid vaccine proper social distancing and friendly staff.

It’s horrible trying to get in contact with them you call in and have to leave a message and wait for a call back most of the time they don’t return the call.

Used to be good when it was Family Practice.... Now its HORRIBLE

AMAZING PRACTICE AND STAFF

Place is a joke answering service is a joke

This place used to be great. Same day appointments and resident doctors who actually took time to treat you. Now you call for a sick appointment and they make you leave a message with an answering service. Then they call you back an hour later and say they can see you sometime next week at the earliest. Amazing how getting new management destroys a medical practice.

I called for an appointment Today August 16th I’ve been feeling sick for about a week and they’re “sorry they don’t have any openings until September 3rd” oh ok. Should’ve kept family practice this place so far is a joke. this means I’ll have to go to the er and be around gross drug addicts and dirty areas. Great.
