Dr. Richless is Curt and impolite. He doesn't seem to understand he makes more $ than many of the patients that have to go there, if he feels you need to lose weight he tells you what kind of diet HE thinks you need to do without considering how ones meager paycheck might have to feed a family and after bills get taken out pasta is like the only affordable option to feed many.

Saw Dr. Richless for a workers comp injury. He went against everything the trauma surgeon told me to do, took my neck brace off, handed me two bottled of narcotic pain meds, filled in HIS office and sent me home. For a month he insisted I stay on very strong pain meds. I stopped the medications myself when it became apparent I was forming an addiction. Because of his lack of concern and desire to get me back to work as quickly as possible, I now suffer irreversible neck injuries that cause debilitating headaches. Wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

I have looked for a dr. for many years who listens and makes me feel important not just as a patient but as a person, he is interested in what goes on with me in personal life also, I absolutely would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who is your friend also.

My daughter went in for a hair follicle drug testing for employment. Meagan cut her hair and left a 1 1/2 inch bald spot on the top of her head! I highly recommend that you have testing of this kind done at another location!

The receptionist was extremely rude and did not explain or know their office's procedures on certain matters. The doctor was also rude and unprofessional. He should not be treating dogs let alone people!
