Dr. Syed is amazing. This office is set up in a common sense manner. My first appointment was with Valerie Lager, CRNP and she was able to go through my full history, answer questions, and set up all the blood work that I would need to get. She is very thorough and truly gets to know you and your health. At my next appointment, I was with Dr. Syed and he went over things with me and listened to my long list of symptoms. He then examined my thyroid to include an ultrasound. He was very compassionate through the whole thing. He ended up needing to do a full ultrasound workup and he did everything he could to keep me calm throughout the experience. I recently had an FNA biopsy completed and I am the worst patient when it comes to needles. Dr. Syed and Nurse Laurie did an amazing job with me and as much as I felt sorry for being such a pain, they reassured me that I could take my time to fully calm my nerves. Their patience compassion helped my anxiety and I'm grateful for that. Dr. Syed also has a great sense of humor that helps lighten the mood. He isn't into a bunch of small talk, and I'm totally okay with that. He is dedicated to his job and he stays focused. His work ethic is on point and I fear the day he decides to retire.

I never go here again, I sat and waited for 40 minutes. When the doctor came in he had no Idea as to why I was their. I had a lot of blood test done. My PC said wait to talk to doc Syed. Well he didn't know why I was their. He took a eight minute phone call as soon as he entered the room. I don't recommend this endocrinologist doctor

Came out feeling dreadful. Dr. Syed barely looked up from his computer. I pushed him to answer my questions, but he was clinical, cold and apparently unaware that I'm a human being. His staff are unfriendly. I'll be going to Pittsburgh to find a human doctor.

Dr. Syed is the worst doctor I have ever had. He has no personality and appears uncaring. I do not recommend him!

They over schedule here. They give you an appointment time and you're there 15 minutes early for your appointment only to sit over an hour in the waiting area and get called back to the room to wait even more time. Their care seems to be ok, but i have nothing else to compare it to.

Dr. Syed lacks basic respect for his patient, especially female. I have read some bad reviews online in regard to this but it wasn't until I went in to his office twice did I realize those comments are actually quite nice compared to how he treated me.
