Our daughter is seen by DR. Martin. I can't begin to say how wonderful she is. IMO 5 stars is not enough. If I could give 100 stars I would. Dr Martin always takes such great care, time, and consideration with our daughter. You can tell she loves her job and has a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you DR. Martin. :)
SPRING 2017: People are very nice, but this office is not ready to see patients. Lots of things falling thru the cracks here. Warning: This is a Satellite office too far out from the mother-ship, compliments of the Penn Medicine/LGH merger. Felt like a number here. June 2018 Update: Things have gotten better in the office. It took them more than 6 months to get their stuff together. We still feel like a number and the staff is extremely dry. Still much preferred the people at the LGH diabetes center. Nov 2019 Update: Still only have appointments from 8AM to 2:30pm in this office. I can't get to his appointments during this time frame, and he can't miss school. Been arguing with them about this for almost 3 years and they don't seem to care.
good
Ive been sitting in the little room for 40 minutes now. My appointment was at 2 and it is 3:11.
Great staff. Timely visits. CHOP quality care right here in the midstate.
The Dr and front desk staff were very friendly and were doing their best, but this location is not set up for properly seeing patients yet. Supposedly CHOP is the among the best care for Children in the country, but we haven't seen that yet. Tyler was cast off here from LGH with dozens of other pediatric endocrinology patients against their will. And to make it worse, they don't take our secondary insurance (UPMC). Was unable to reach a live human being that could help us after an hour on the phone yesterday.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
