I had a surgery by this Dr and he left me with my life completely destroyed for 2 years until another Orthopedic Dr stepped in and helped and gave me back by my life. I pleaded for months that something was not right after my surgery and he would not help me whatsoever. Appt after appt of me literally crying and not being able to barely walk even having to use a wheelchair at times to come see him he did absolutely nothing to help me. He made me miss out almost 2 years of every detail of my life, my kids lives everything. He financially exhausted me, physically and mentally exhausted me. At no point did he say, I can not figure out what is wrong but with my team I can work with another surgeon to help figure out what is wrong. After all he does work many other surgeons that are there to help when needed. The fact that he didn’t do this gives you answer on why. 3 surgeries later with another surgeon I finally have my life back.

I saw Dr. Troxell for a shoulder/neck issue I had seen multiple other providers for in the past. At our first appt, he was able to give more relief than even a week long hospitalization achieved. From his front office staff to his fun and caring nurse, everyone was great!

Appointment went well. The doctor did not push a cortizone shot, but if my knee flares up again and doesn't go away, the shot was a possibility.

Dr Troxell demonstrates great care and knowledge. He takes the time to go thru the plan of care. He draws pictures while he explains what is going on with your ailment. He makes honest expectations. Just trust him
