Nobody answers the phones or returns messages. I have been trying since 6/21/20 to get my son on their books for a follow up after being in the ER and I have called, left numerous voicemaill messages and it is now 7/30/20 without receiving any response. At this point I am looking elsewhere. I am done wasting my time with this office! Horrible customer service that noone even returns your call!

Dr. Chowdhury is passionate and knowledgeable, but she is overzealous and has a rather aggressive approach to diagnostics. Although I was initially pleased with this approach, I later realized it was dangerous. Her overzealous nature almost convinced me to book an unnecessary (and potentially risky) procedure. Other doctors disagreed with her approach, and they advised me to not give in. I am glad I didn’t, as I have now gotten better without the procedure. Her patient advocacy is her strength, but when she is wrong, it becomes a danger.
