When checking in, the front desk was very professional and wearing smiles. Rachel guided me to the exam room and was courteous. She too was professional and knowledgeable and she had a very relaxed ambiance. We chatted about where we're from and we had a nice discussion that eased my anxiety. As always, Dr. Smith was very skilled in his field. He made a recommendation, I agreed and left knowing we had a plan and I was very much relieved. You can be very proud of these teams.
