By far the best doctor in the building

Not only does this practice have serious issues (no communication, no return calls or follow ups, canceled visits due to schedule changes, etc) but I believe this Dr has completely burned out. The other ratings here are so great for him 5/5 so I made an appointment to see him. Despite being very ill I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously or ‘wasn’t sick enough’ to be given the time of day. I was dismissed quicker than I could realize the visit was over -before it even started. No physical exam was done despite my symptoms warranting one. The visit was so quick and I got no answers or solutions. I left a message for the Dr/nurse afterwards since I thought of a question after the visit and never even got a return call back. I do not recommend this Dr unless you want to deal with a dismissive attitude as though your quality of life doesn’t matter.

I cannot say how much his care has meant to me over these years. I had been to 5 other GI doctors over many years, and they couldn’t find anything wrong! After retrieving my records, I even found out some doctors were charting the problem was’ in my head.’ With Dr Harbeson’s care, I have a wonderful life now. I can participate in family life, I have returned to work part time and I am pain free after over 3 years of constant debilitating pain.

Dr. Harberson is the BEST. If it wasn't for my husband having him first, I never would have had him for myself. He is wonderful, caring and also I consider him a friend. I wish all the doctor's were like him. Anyone is lucky to have him as a doctor🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

He is not only a thorough and educated surgeon. He has a bedside manner. Wonderful care from start to finish. He cares about his patients.

Dr. Harberson was professional, thorough, and personable. He explained options for treating my condition, answered all of my questions, and prescribed new medications. Dr. Harberson put me at ease immediately with his knowledge of my previous issues, and overall medical expertise.

He's one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He's a good listener and he tries to understand your issues. Who tries to resolve your issues even if it means multiple referrals to outside sources. I'm so glad he understands me.

This man deserves the Nobel Peace prize he is fair he is educated and he is down to earth. I wish he was just a family doctor PCP you would never be able to see him because he would have every patient in Lancaster county! Thank you thank you thank you Justin. I've been through the whole system and every doctor in Lancaster county and you were the first one that leveled with me like a human being!
