Caution: This practice bills for patient chart prep, etc. (time that’s not in the presence of the patient.) Had a 35-minute appointment; was billed for 90 minutes. Called the practice and insurance for clarification. Both stated that it was for the doctor preparing for my appointment, follow up, etc. This is legal practice (based on my insurance policy); however, not a practice that I’m interested in being a part of. I thought others would appreciate knowing this, rather than finding out via an astronomical bill like I did.

Dr.V is amazing! I’ve struggled with getting my thyroid on track for many years and has seen many different doctors. I’ve feel so amazing and I’m so grateful for Dr.V!

We are so thankful for Dr. Sauder, Ana, and Yvette. They truly care about their patients and have gone above and beyond. It is such a difference from the previous practice that we used. We really appreciate their compassion and expertise.

Let me start by saying that I have the highest regards for Dr. Rost, Joann Detweiler and the quality of care provided by these practitioners. I do have a problem with their commitment to provide services to their clients. I am supposed to see their doctors every 3 months. My last appointment was last January. My pending appointment for this past April was cancelled as the doctor that I was suppose to see was not going to be around. They gave me a replacement appointment for this past July. Unfortunately, it was on a day that I was going to be out of state and I had to cancel that appointment. They then gave me an appointment for this past August. They then cancelled this appointment in July because the assigned doctor was not going to be around on that day in August. The next available appointment was for this December. I explained that I was suppose to see them every 3 months and the December appointment would be 11 months from the last time that I saw them. I was told that if there were any cancellations, I would be called, otherwise they would see me in December. No call to date and I have a difficult time believing that not one person has cancelled their appointment in the last 2 months. I would think that they would find a way to squeeze me in since they are the ones that said that I should be seen every 3 months. Since apparently this is not the case, I will schedule future appointments every 6 months instead of every 3. Other than this gripe, I only have good things to say and think about them.
