If I ask to put a message through to my doctor because your app doesn't work, do your job and relay the message, don't offer to give me a number for tech support. I was going to ask for a referral to be put through but WHY BOTHER. ALL NEW DOCTORS FOR ME, I GUESS. THIS PLACE NEVER TOOK MY HEALTH SERIOUSLY.

Piss poor excuse for a doctors office. I’ve had many bad experiences but this latest one takes the cake. Having an asthma attack and went into the manor location to have my inhaler script refilled so I could work. They told me they couldn’t because I hadn’t been seen in 4 months but I’d been going to urgent care because there are NEVER any available appointments. Made an appointment for the city location the next day to have my inhaler refilled and they refilled THE WRONG MEDICATION! Finally making the smart choice to switch doctors.
