On our first visit, we knew we found the right Doctor! He was understanding, attentive, very knowledgeable,. After listening to my issues, he gave us options on what he could do to correct my problem and explained each option, good and bad. It is sad he only works on shoulders and arm issues. He is the kind of Doctor i would go to for all my orthopedic problems!!

Dr Bercik performed a complete left shoulder replacement in September 2022. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Bercik and his team spent several appointments with me reviewing all testing results and providing me with options. What I really appreciated from Dr. Bercik and his team was the time they spent reviewing everything with me in terms I could understand. Dr. Bercik always asked if I had any questions and took the time to answer my questions. It’s been three months since my surgery (along with physical therapy) and I couldn’t be more pleased with my progress. Overall, no one wants to have to go through surgery, but if you do, I highly recommend Dr. Bercik and his team!

Dr. Bercek is a very compassionate Doctor. He listens to your problems and needs and will find the root of the problem and prepare to fix it. I recommend Dr.Bercik very highly. Has not steered me wrong.

From my first office visit through my left rotator cuff surgery, Dr. Bercik was thorough, compassionate, informative, accommodating and gentle! Not many like him around these days. Although my nerve block hasn’t worn off yet (I’m only out of surgery a few hours), I left the hospital pain free for the first time in months. On a 1-10 scale Dr. Bercik scores a solid 11! To add, his staff is unparalleled as well. I’m 100% happy and satisfied with my care. I was treated like a rock star and I’m just an average guy. Thank you so very kindly Dr. Bercik! ????????

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife we were impressed with the quality of care demonstrated by the staff at Lancaster Orthopedic. The thoroughness and skills demonstrated by Dr Bercik in evaluating and defining required treatment for her shoulder pain was excellent.

I have been a patient of LOG on and off for years. I have always found the staff and Doctors friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Bercik helped me when there was probably no one else in the area who could have. I am so very grateful.

Dr. Bercik is fantastic as is his staff. If my right shoulder needed replacing I would go back without hesitation. I'm back working out at 73 years old. One thing, you need to go to physical therapy.
