I don't normally write a review, especially a 5 star review, after one visit, but in this case, I'm making an exception. I had a very bad experience with my now former doctor's office yesterday. I called this practice and to my great shock, they got me in literally immediately and not only took care of my problem, but I also met a great doctor in the person of Dr. Heather Morphy. She probably could have done what I needed in 10 minutes; instead we talked for twice that amount of time easily. I found her to be not only highly professional, but warm, compassionate and definitely my new family doctor. Thank you again for helping me out so quickly in this crazy age of COVID.

Scheduled appoint for Annual Wellness visit which is covered fully by my insurance ( also UPMC) . Told them when scheduled the appointment that was exactly all i wanted as couldn't afford otherwise. Went in, staff pleasant enough. I told receptionist same deal that JUST the free wellness visit. Told Nurse and the Dr as well that was all i wanted. Received a bill for $300, contacted office, they told me to contact their insurance office. Contacted their insurance office they said talk to Dr Office. Contacted the office again with my dispute. They said that was the bill. I reiterated my point and have been ignored with no response since. Taking it up with a patient advocate next. Would NOT recommend.

I feel Dr. Warren is outstanding. He takes time to explain treatment options and makes me very confident in our decisions. I would highly recommend him.

I can't imagine having any other doctor that genuinely cares about his patients as Dr. Mike as my husband and I call Dr. Warren. He always makes sure he answers all my questions especially the day of my annual physical. He always asks about my husband and vice versa. I heard a nurse say one day that she comes to Oyster Point only if she could work for Dr. Warren. I think that says it all. Thanks for being you, Dr.Mike.

I have been seeing Dr. Warren for about 20 years. He is the best doctor around, although it's hard to get an appt with him because everyone wants to see him. I know I will always get a straight answer with him and can rely on him for my care. I have taken both my sons 16 & 14 to him since they were born. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of them.

I have been going to Dr. Warren for about 11 years now and he is hands down the best doc on the planet. Bedside manner is perfect and will take as much time with you as you need. I see him regulary to control an ongoing issue I have and would never want to switch doctors.

told me to put heat on spinal problem and druged me up insted of seeing me when called for second visit becouse pain was getting worse
