Nisa,n Leslie were so patient and very nice during my 7yrs old daughter who has extremely high anxiety 😳 about needles we were taken into a private room with no eyes or other people watching n losing their hearing my little girl screaming 💔 breaking my heart every time w need to do this kind of appt was very pleased with everyone and everything highly recommended to my friends and family w any lab work this is who to ask for

My mother had an appointment with Dr. Hou for her essential tremors that she’s had for 19 years and he basically sent her away after telling her that her tremors were were just her trembling. She has been in misery and missed out on life because of these tremors and just wanted answers. I’m extremely disappointed in this LGHealth physician for not helping my mother

I have been really sick recently and trying to get my tests done asap but the staffs at the lab testing at health campus were unprofessional and not clear with the instructions. I had to come to the location approximately 6-7 times in one day to drop off my samples because they wouldn’t let me know when I’m there. Disappointed

My daughter took a blood test at this specific place. Once the nurse punctured the needle into my daughter's left arm, she realized she had missed the vein. As a solution, she pierced again and moved the needle LATERALLY. This lasted for almost 2 minutes before she admitted to had failed and pulled it out. She switched to piercing the other arm and finally obtained the blood sample. While the nurse was moving and angling the needle inside her arm (previously), she continuously asked my daughter if she was okay in an anxious tone. The nurse seemed like she was stirring around and stabbing carelessly. When we got home, my daughter described the experience as painful and agonizing. Her arms throbs each time she bends them. The nurse's skill level is nowhere near qualifiable. Not to mention she is working specially in a phlebotomy lab and as a blood drawer. The staff should be trained better before they are permitted to work on board!
