List of S Teri Mcgillis Md's Reviews
Dr McGillis and her staff did an awesome job removing a scalp lesion. Very informative, efficient process.
"Had some skin cancer spots removed and did not have a good experience with her or the practice. She was very rough, not personable/friendly, not much for conversation, unprofessional, missed some spots she was supposed to be removing, nobody checked on me at all for a half hour while I layed on the table while she looked at what she removed, room was not in a clean medical condition. Overall did a very poor, rough job at removing the spots and didn't even go far enough to get it all. Will not be going back, do not recommend."
Very professional and knowledgeable. The office is always helpful.
Dr. McGillis is deeply knowledgeable, caring, a great listener, and efficient. I was highly impressed with her. Few physicians in my experience are as capable as she is. She saw me almost immediately; but had she kept me waiting for hours while ministering to others- it would have been worth waiting for the best.
Tried to make a appointment, the customer service rep was curt and rude. Mentioned something this office didn't do dermatogy any longer just cancer removal surgery. This office is only the dermatologist on my health insurance panel. I met the doctor once before and she was rude when my child had to have skin lesion removed off their face and it didn't work the first time. Then it was big deal to get them to stick by the warranty of free 2nd zap. Office like this doesn't seem to like to be pleasant
Very terse and abrasive manner. Left the nurse to explain her findings and did not encourage questions.
I found Dr. McGillis to be dishonest and misleading. She's adept at milking insurance claims; Highly unethical along with the rest of her office assistants who seem to prey on unknowing & vulnerable patients . I went there to have a simple skin tag removed. When I met her she told me before the examination that she would only examine & document the area and would first submit a photograph over to the insurance company before removing it. Instead, what she did next was completely unexpected and unethical. Instead of looking at the area as she initially stated - she proceeded to remove the skin tag in one clean swoop against what we initially agreed upon. Dr. McGillis you know what you did wrong! You have some nerve what you pulled and anyone reading this best advise is to stay away from this practice!
I accompanied my wife on her initial appointment to see Dr. McGillis. Shocked by the brusque, impatient, scolding demeanor of Dr. McGillis' assistant, my wife cancelled the appointment without ever seeing the doctor. My wife took one look in my direction and then cancelled the reservation on the spot. This, despite the fact that she has been diagnosed with skin cancer and is eager to pursue a cure. The assistant's tone can best be described as she was inconvenienced by our arrival and my wife was fortunate to have been granted an audience with the doctor. For all we know, Dr. McGillis is a warm-hearted, patient, medical genius. If so, she needs to address the behaviors of her staff.
very efficient , very professional
Dr McGillis is OK for a annual screening, but I had a skin condition that required to be seen asap. I was told the first available appoint was in 5 months, or I could go on a cancelation list. If I can't see the doctor in a timely manner then she is worthless to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
