I like the drs but in an emergency or even to make an appointment they won't answer the phones. I had to go in and tell them what was going on just to get an appointment yesterday. And they tell me to call if issues happen but how can I if they put you on a recording.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Rapp. She’s an amazing dr who listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. She never makes you feel rushed. She takes as much time as you need to feel cared for.

Dr. Rapp was very kind in listening to my concerns. She was very thorough in coming up with a game plan to address my health needs, which put me at ease. And her staff was very upbeat and helpful in taking my history, as well as answering my scheduling & insurance questions.
