This doctor actually seemed to listen and hear my 89 year old mother's concerns with her hand pain. We have had other physicians pretty much just shrug their shoulders and dismiss her concerns. We are going to proceed with utmost trust in Dr Jackson because of how thorough his exam was and how detailed his explanation was of how he is going to try to fix the problem. We were very pleased with the doctor and his staff members.

1.Wait time was under 5 minutes. EXCELLENT 2. Nurse was very friend and helped explained everything that needed to be done. 3. Doctor explained what needed to be done how the procedure was going to happen. Gave warning about the pain that was coming my way to proceed. He did not sugar coat it at all. He was exactly right, however today I have total use of my finger. He told me it may take several days for relief.

I met with Dr Jackson to follow up relative to the surgery that he performed on my hand. Dr Jackson explained that healing was going very well. He gave instructions to continue the healing process and to contact him should anything change. The visit left me feeling confident about my future use of my dominant hand.
