My son has worn and trusted a brand of contacts for years. Dr. Vincent Zingaro was patient and knowledgeable. But he gave us a brand-specific prescription and did not inform us. The new brand is much more expensive. We called back and asked if we can switch back to the original brand. He refused and updated the prescription with an even more expensive brand. We did not buy from their office and purchased online. We will never come back.

I would highly recommend this office. The front desk workers were welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Petcov cared to listen to and thoroughly answer all of my questions. I felt well taken care of at myeyeDr!

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Office manager hung up on me when I tried to explain it's 9:07 to say I'm held up by a train & might be late.I was told I needed to be there by 9:10 and arriving by 9:20 (2 textes confirmed appt. time)already made me late. They're trying to correct their appt confirmation system, but arriving at 9:21 means I must reschedule.
