Staff, from counselors to the technicians, were extremely professional, caring, and understanding. I would recommend Banyan to any addict or alcoholic who wants a true shot at recovery.

After calling for an inquiry, people from the Florida call center called multiple times a day to talk and encourage admittance. They insisted that the program was covered by his insurance company and that copay wood be $280. After practically harassing would-be patient for almost a month, pressuring him to enroll, offering to even book his plane ticket, we find out (from insurance co.) that they are out of network and would NOT be covered. They were even calling family members. Maybe a good program once enrolled, but they’re admittance policies are dishonest.
