While.Dr Peacock is outstanding, my rating is based on my last experience with the office. I went for my follow up appointment a few weeks ago before work and arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment. I was placed in a room at 8:35, where I sat for an additional 35 minutes with no one coming in, checking on me, not explaining the delayed as I could hear the staff chatted away at the front desk. At 9:05 I left. The only explanation from the staff was that he had another patient. Seriously? Not very patient focused and not even a call back to apologize. Really disappointed about it all.

The entire staff is friendly, kind and understanding. Sarah was very thorough in explaining all that was done in my surgery and the follow up.

I had my first appointment at Bucks Ortho Specialists yesterday. My appointment could not have gone more smoothly from check-in as first time patient, short wait time, friendly and informative staff, quick X-Rays, and then an informative and consultative visit with Dr Cody who is as nice and knowledgeable as it gets. On to next steps.

I was very impressed! Dr was very professional and explained my issue very well. I have been in pain for over 6 years after a hip replacement. I feel confident that Dr Steer will help me return to my normal activities!

Dr. Peacock is top-notch. He has a genuine interest in his patients which is evidenced by his time investment both in explaining his assessment and listening to the patient's comments, concerns, and questions. If only we could clone him! Thanks again for a fabulous experience.

Dr. Peacock is the BEST!! Not only is his bedside manner amazing, but he makes the surgical/treatment process so easy to understand. I’m very grateful to have had him in my corner while healing from my Achilles tendon rupture.

Doctor Steere showed great concern for my health. He was patient with answering all my questions. He spent time to listen which many doctors do not due today. He creates a feeling of trust.
