Everyone is so polite, one of the only doctor’s office I been to that your in at your appointment time. Procedure explained perfectly, recovery was fast and exactly how it was described.

Awesome Dr & staff! I had a vein ablation done. Not even 24hrs I’m feeling great! After a varicose vein burst at home which was a nightmare & so scare! Excellent procedure will never wait again! Procedure is nothing! The vein bleed at home Was the worst! I’m 72 yr old, I took the laughing gas because I’m a sissy & it was great. No problem after.

I have a genetic disorder which predisposes me to varicose veins which eventually clot. Dr. Kowalski thoroughly explained what procedures would be necessary to close off the veins which were no longer fully functional. I have not had any blood clots occur since these procedures. In addition my legs are not as swollen, don’t feel “heavy”, and look MUCH better. Dr. Kowalski and his entire staff are professional, extremely competent, and caring. In addition, appointments are scheduled properly so you are seen on time. In summary, you will be treated professionally, by a doctor and staff who respect and care about you. Robert K.

Dr. Kowalski and his office staff are very professional and efficient. It was very easy to make an appointment and I had a short wait to be seen both times. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr Kowalski is an excellent surgeon. Both He and his staff are very professional, caring, considerate, pleasant and knowledgeable. He was thorough and explained the procedure and answered all my questions. If I have any future health issues that require surgery I will certainly make an appointment with Dr. Kowalski.

Great experience. I needed my ugly veins fixed for a long time. Dr. Kowalski made it easy to understand what he would do and how it would impact me. Dr. Kowalski is easy going but clearly very capable. Made me feel at ease and works fast! Great staff that works well together.

My appointment with Dr. Kowalski was excellent. He was extremely informative and made me feel very much at ease. The staff was great as well! I highly recommend the practice.

Not to be trusted! Dr Kowalski's staff failed to timely submit procedural codes for a hernia procedure for my husband when they had 3 months to do so. Once they finally figured out how to do it it only took a few short hours but it was too late and my surgery was cancelled after I had given Pre Admission Tests PAT at St Mary (why they proceeded with this without having approval I have no idea) which included COVID test and EKG. He was cancelled after gotten final instructions the evening prior and just had paid hospital co-pay. Dr Kowalski even accused me of holding only copy of referral when that's a ridiculous statement. Original referral was approved Sept 9, 2021. Consultation visit was Sept 15, 2021. They actually submitted a claim with the original referral and were paid on the claim. All his staff needed to do was submit the procedural codes for the surgery elements in a timely fashion prior to the Dec 9, 2021 date that was set at the Consult appt 3 months prior. The the doctor directly accused my husband of holding the only copy of a referral which is a huge misstatement. After the fact he claimed that they urgently pushed through the procedural codes and they they obtained a new referral. But he failed to recognize that that new referral is not new, that is was based on and attached to the original referral from Sept 9, 2021. Not a bright bunch at all. Just don't know how to dot the i's. His staff goes asleep at the wheel and the doctor is quick to defend himself without accurate information.
