Dr. P. has an excellent bedside manner. He takes the time with you, listens to your questions and explains what is what in layman's terms. Additionally, he has a friendly approach with good humor that helps put you at ease. He did a heck of a good job on repairing my Achilles rupture ten years ago and he's now helping me out with other issues.

3 months after hip replacement surgery performed by Dr Petolillo and I feel TREMENDOUS, I will be returning to full active duty as a firefighter and more important being able to do so much more with my grandkids. Dr Petolillo is the BEST I give him 100 stars, his staff is Phenomenal, best medical and administrative staff. Ed Devenney

While the Dr. is very nice and competent, his office staff and emergency answering service is terrible. Had an emergency with my mother one week after surgery. After hours would NOT have doctor call us back to answer an emergency question. I was told to wait until normal business hours. I would NEVER use this practice again.

Surgery was fine but the office procedures are terrible and no service at all. Had emergency after surgery and was told I had to wait to speak with doctor during business hours. Answering service would not have on-call doctor answer questions.

I am a retired critical care RN with 42 years experience. With my extensive nursing background I can unequivocally say that Dr Petolillo and the entire 3B staff are the most talented , efficient and compassionate Orthopedic practice I have ever encountered. I have had both knees and a total hip replacement and could not be more impressed.
