He’s very through and listens to my concerns. Very professional office. He digs deep into medical issues. Without a doubt is the best physician I’ve ever gone to.

I agree 100% with the writer "Not As Good as it seems." 99.9% of Dr. Koganski's staff are very rude and condescending in their speech and attitude toward the patients. His medical assistant makes so many mistakes which he excuses or glosses over when he is spoken to regarding the issues. Her medical knowledge seems minimal. The wait time in the office is minimal. HOWEVER, I feel increasingly rushed by his assistants when taken back into the examining rooms prior to seeing the doctor. Usually he takes his time with you but lately seems rushed himself. I do like the fact that he does many tests that many other docs don't even know about and he also uses herbal medicines in his practice. Getting results on his website computer or trying to get answers via the computer is a joke. Bottom Line, If I had to do it over again, I would choose another doctor. He is ok BUT it is very difficult to communicate with the majority of his employees either because of their understanding or their accents are hard to understand.

I saw Dr. Koganski for years before he became a concierge practice and the costs were too high for me. But now I've made an appointment with his Nurse Practitioner for the help I need.

Unfortunately we are very dissatisfied with the care. The communication is poor among the office staff and my wife and I and Dr. Koganski especially. His computer AND his phone has not been working . Therefore, for a time it was difficult to get any test results or talk to the doctor. Increasingly ,we feel he doesn't acknowledge our concerns and doesn't pay attention to our questions . It is his way or the highway. We may soon be taking the highway because of these issues and he is extremely expensive, especially when you are not getting acknowledged. He is pleasent enough but 99% of the staff are rude and condesening

I've been with Dr. Koganski for many years. He has always been a very concerned, conscientious and caring doctor. I have and still do, highly recommend him to family and friends!!!

I've had chronic health issues for years and never found comprehensive relief until I discovered Newtown Internal Medicine. Dr. Koganski is dedicated to resolving health issues in the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and ethical ways (first do no harm). He offers a broad range of expertise - primary care, integrative wellness, functional medicine and acupuncture. He also has trained staff who support patients through their knowledge of nutrition, nursing and health counseling.

I had been in and out of the hospital every ten days and was told I might want to sign myself up for palliative care. I have many challenging health issues. We had a free consultation & then had the option of hiring him as a concierge doctor. This means you have a personal doctor 24/7 by phone. I have been his patient now going on 2 years. I'm not in palliative care & take less meds than before. I would highly recommend Dr K. if it wasn't for him I might not be here. Best Doctor I ever met

Went to Dr. Koganski for an annual physical exam and would not go back to him again. I have no known health issues, but his charges for the office visit ($670) were ridiculously excessive for what ended up being not much more than a brief chat. No wonder healthcare costs in this country are thru the roof.

Dr. Koganski is without question the best doctor I have ever encountered. His unique, holistic approach that enabled my recovery from a serious, near fatal illness included alternative therapies, medications (herbal, homeopathic, and traditional), and counseling on diet, rest, meditation, and exercise. Many physicians limit themselves to specific, generally traditional, treatments, but he has the flexibility to utilize whatever tools are best suited to the need, and is open to multiple alternative therapies that are supported by evidence of effectiveness, including medical acupuncture. He approaches every patient with the same intelligence, care, and compassion from which I benefited. He listens carefully and respectfully to our symptoms and concerns, and give each of us as much time and attention as is warranted. His dedication to his patients is especially apparent from his continuous learning of new and better approaches to medicine, and the personal sacrifices he makes to advance his training. He has well-earned my confidence in him, and I readily refer my family, friends and work associates to his practice. I cannot express adequately the depth of my gratitude for what he has done for me and my family. I truly hope that I can benefit from his care for many years to come.
