CCP Lansdale is EXCELLENT! They have an incredibly courteous staff that really cares, a very clean facility, and doctors that really know what they are talking about. For once, I feel as if I am in proper care instead of another number.

Everything is great about CCP except parking! I highly suggest having someone drop you off for your appointment as parking is horrendous. Other than that staff is great and docs are awesome!

From registration thru signing out, everyone was informative, pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Polluck was instructive and at checkout Shay was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The best medical center ever! From the reception until the check out, everyone treated me very, very well!!! Dr. Paula is a great Physician and a great Human being!

Dr. Van Why is an exceptional physician. She takes the time to explain everything in a very calm manner and is very thorough. Never once did I feel she was rushing through our appointment.

Forget about getting through to them by phone. They have an answering service for “overflow” which is basically all the time. After calling 12 times and leaving 5 messages with the answering service over 2 weeks we just gave up. No returned calls no sense of urgency. The answering service can only send messages limited to 1 line of text (less than old twitter) but for relaying medical issues! The last straw was when their phone system just shut down this week with a voice message saying they were closed during regular business hours. When speaking to other branches they also weren't able to reach them or relay messages. Find another office or go to a different branch. Life is too short to spend on the phone for nothing. The doctors are great, they are the reason this review isn’t 1 star.

Dr. Pollock is an excellent cardiologist who takes time to closely monitor your cardiac concerns. He always explains the results of lab work. He helps you understand medical terms and what you can do to address your condition. In addition, he makes life saving recommendations that include Heart healthy lifestyle changes and/or medications when needed or not needed. Dr Pollock and his medical staff have helped to improve the quality of life. My husband is a patient as well. We are grateful and appreciate Dr. Pollock and his staff.

Very satisfying experience with the overall efficiency and professionalism at this facility. The best part of the experience was Dr. Paula Eryazici This was the most satisfying doctor visit I have ever had. She was very personable, asked all the pertinent questions, provided a lot of useful advice, explained results and next steps very clearly, and was just overall pleasant and seemed to thoroughly enjoy her profession and helping others. I would and will recommend her to others!
