List of David A. Levin's Reviews
This office has taken care of me and all my kiddos. When one had a sore throat that was first addressed at urgent care but we weren't able to get a definitive diagnosis, we were referred to ENT and within 2 minutes of looking in her throat he was able to correctly diagnose her, confirm the issue with labs, and take her off unnecessary antibiotics. I appreciate how quickly they were able to get us in.
I am just leaving the office, mortified. I took my 14 year old daughter in to see Dr. Levin because she failed a hearing test after suffering from symptoms of off and on hearing loss, stuffiness in ears, dizziness, falling, nausea, etc. We were referred by primary careWe went in and the front office staff were sweethearts and very pleasant. One lady in particular was just very lovely and took my daughters history and asked very good questions. She seemed professional. But then Dr. Levin walked in and asked if we'd met before, and I answered no, and he said he was sure we had, but we had not. Then he turned to my 14 year old daughter and said she looked 20 years old and from there he just got progressively more awkward, which turned into just spastic and strange behavior. He made a comment that my daughter could be my sister, followed by a comment about how sometimes you see an older man with a younger woman and get confused if it's her "daddy" and I said "I understand, my husband is 20 years older than I am" to which he made extremely strange kissing noises and said some off the wall comments about "then people see [me and my husband] make out muah muah muah muah and they still wonder if it's your daddy" ... so much of our interaction with this "doctor" felt like I was sitting at a party where I was the only sober person in the room and he's just high on drugs making strange noises, mannerisms, comments that feel sexual but his speech is so incoherent that you can't tell word for word what the heck he's saying, just catch words in between noises and run on sentences. At one point he has his camera instrument in my daughter's ear suctioning wax and he's thrusting it in and out of her ear sexually repeating "oh yeah, get it girl, get it girl"At one point I interrupted his odd rantings to relay some of her symptoms, and only got through a few of them and he said "oh my gosh you must be like what the fuck, what the fuck", actually repeating the f word several times. He did not listen to her symptoms, ask any questions, etc, just announced that she has a problem with her eustacian tube. This was before he used the camera tool, sorry I am jumping around here! There's just so much to say in this review! So he announced that there's a problem with her eustacian tube without asking questions or looking at it and I'm just perplexed how he could diagnose it with so little history or without any exam, and the rest of the appointment was as I described. He was very spastic. Flitting around the room energetically, incoherent words, all of which had nothing to do with audiology or even my daughter. My daughter and I stared at each other mouthing "what is going on?!" "Is he high" "oh my gosh!" With our jaws hanging open with all the sexual comments. She's 14 YEARS OLD.She walked out saying she felt violated when he was putting that camera in her ear saying "get it girl" over and over again and she also felt disturbed by his comment about me and my husband "making out" with all his vocal enactment of it and noises. This doctor needs a drug test and I am thinking of calling some kind of authority.
The first couple of times my teenage daughter visited, he was humorous and spent a lot of time with us. Months later, when my daughter said she wanted a tonsillectomy, his office scheduled the surgery with the hospital. We went in for a pre-op, and Dr. Levin canceled the surgery to go out of town. It was rescheduled, but he never showed up to the hospital, as his office "forgot" to confirm with the hospital. This was a Friday. We called and called his office to no avail. They never called back to reschedule or explain the mishap. One time I needed to go in for myself. He was abrupt, rude, and spent maybe one minute with me explaining the CAT scan. I asked a couple of questions, and after he answered them, he said, "My PA couldn't come in today, so I have to cover his patients as well." And he left. Besides the above situations, the last thing that is disconcerting is, each and every visit, Dr. Levin never reviewed our previous visits and had no idea why we were there or what took place before. He seemed to fly by the seat of his pants.Lastly, his staff is not friendly. The few times I was lucky enough to get anyone on the phone, they were very rude. We will not be returning.Luckily, we have now found another ENT who is fabulous!
Dr Levin is a JOKE,,,steer clear,,,overcharging scammer,,,with rude staph to boot,,,10 months after my appointment I got a bill for over $800,,,just to have a precription wrote up,,,wtf am I paying for health insurance,,,??,,,he was "in network",,,,SCAMMER
If you want a self-absorbed, sex addicted, meth using doctor who treats his patients like they are incompetent less Thans.... then sure you will love this guy.
Dr. David Levin is an extraordinary person and practitioner. When you see him, you know you'll recommend him to your parents and children and friends.
I've been to this office a few times and I can honestly say, you are better off going to Med Stop. I was misdiagnosed several times and charged through the roof for it. I was also told that what I was seeing in my throat was not actually there when later at Med Stop it was confirmed what I saw and I was prescribed the correct medication to handle the issue. The office staff is not friendly and Levin gives off a "cant be bothered" vibe. The rooms also seem not very clean and the staff kept reassuring me they were when I never even brought it up to begin with....weird. Stick with primary care or med stop.
I was 18 years old when I first had my sinus surgery which was done by another doctor which didn't fix anything. I thought my nose was never going to be right until I found Doctor Levin. He did everything he could to make sure if he could find any other problems the other doctor failed to find, Which he did. He took a CAT Scan and found out I still had a deviated septum, Enlarged turbinates, and post nasal drip. He was calm, cool and very informative, also encourage me to do research on the procedures to make sure I know what he's doing and if I'm comfortable with it, which my other ENT did not do. He performed all three procedures which were septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and clarfix application in one surgery, and in two weeks I was already able to breath like never before. Not only did he fix my nose, but he fix my ability to sleep better at night. My nose has not being plug up once since the procedure as well. Doctor Levin is a one of a kind surgeon, this man is amazing, nice, and awesome to have as a ENT, I wish he was my general doctor so I could see him whenever I have any problems.
Really helped my sinus, ears and nose issues. Make to ask what everything will cost even if you have insurance.
Twice we went to the office for our scheduled appointment and twice the office has been closed with no phone call or communication that their office was closed or our appointments were canceled. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
