Dr. Blatstein is terrific, great doctor and a nice guy but trying to get in to see him is impossible due to the incompetence of his staff. I made numerous calls to attempt to schedule an appointment and the calls went unanswered. I once was able to get hold of a clinician to explain my painful condition, she transferred me to the scheduling line where I left the message and again NEVER received a return call. It is mind boggling that people like that are in a position that affects other peoples health and well being. I love Dr. Blatstein but it is impossible to get an through to get an urgent appointment scheduled. I've been trying for two weeks and they are extremely non responsive. I leave messages on their scheduling line and don't hear back.

Rushed to do a prostate biopsy, lied about pain of procedure

Dr. Blastine is one of the most caring and compassionate doctor. I came in for office visit on Tuesday due to excruciating pain of kidney stone and he immediately changed his schedule and put me on the surgery schedule the next day (Wednesday) despite him having alot of other surgies scheduled well in advance. I am grateful that Dr.Blatstein saw me as a person and showed compassion and took action. GOD bless Dr. Blastine and staff including Asia who heard I was in pain over the phone and scheduled me for the office visit right away Dr. Blastine is one of the most caring and compassionate doctor. Dr. Blatstein was terrific to have! Staff is amazing as well. He took the time to explain everything ahead of time and every step of the way through my procedure. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would and will recommend Dr.Blatstein to everyone.

The staff is mean, short and rude to my father in law. They do not treat patients as healthcare professionals should. The receptionist is the worst. She cant answer the simplest questions without an attitude.

My mom showed up for appointment and they told that she needs a test prior coming to the office. However, they never mentioned or looked at our record when scheduling the appointment or at least sending us a script. The previous reviews are correct, they are not friendly at all and gave us all the troubles
