No complaints on how nice everyone was, and time seeing the doctor was good. My issue was the waiting to get in to see the doctor. I did not know that appointments were taken. If I did I would of made one so I wouldn't of had to wait for almost an hour and a half to actually get to see the doctor. Being that walk ins are welcome, but seems they have to wait for all the appointments to be taken, then maybe there shouldn't be anymore walk ins or quit the appointments. Or maybe some one could come up with something so no one would have to wait that long. While I sitting there, I actually thought about walking out and going to the UPMC urgent care that is only several miles down the road from med express. But I've been going to med express and was always satisfied.

Upon entering, the lady asked me if I had a laceration, I replied yes and she said come with me. We entered a room followed by a technician who took my info and stats, went to another room where Gina Donovan helped me. She was very thorough and dressed my laceration with follow up advice if I exhibited more symptoms, head ache, more bleeding, etc. I am on blood thinners and bleed a lot. We will definitely for return visits in the future as the need arises. Sincerely, Ormond K Bellas( Butch)

Excellent care . PA cristain bell was very nice and caring...the only thing u have to watch out for is if u give them a credit card to pay for your co pay they keep it on file to pay for anything your insurance doesnt pay for.. I would rather they bill me and they will if u call them and they will cancel your card on file..other than that everyone is very very nice and caring!

Wow! Thank you to the Amazing staff at Latrobe's MedExpress! I cut myself, cutting watermelon for our Fourth of July picnic, and required 3 stitches. EVERYONE was kind and professional. Christin Bell my PA helped me relax and make sure my suture experience was pain free. I am so sorry that I cannot remember everyone's name, but I appreciate every kindness! We are very fortunate to have such excellent healthcare close to home! Thank you again, Meri Beth Elder

I'm not sure of the lady at the front who was very kind. The other lady, on the other hand, was not as patient. I do not recommend trying to get a TB Test from MedExpress. She claimed she needed an authorization form and gave me a very hard time until the other woman stepped in to help. (I also needed a physical, which stated on the paper I was supposed to get a TB Test, so there shouldn't have been any issue.)
