Clearbrook Treatment Centers - Pennsylvania's Online Review Report Card

This facility helped save my life. The counselors are great, understanding and helpful. I've been to 2 other treatment centers and this one was the best.

All about the money. Damn near lose rights to your autonomy. Very judge mental directors, never actually address the underlying issues of addiction. Also no actual activities. There's group meetings how every clinic has. They say they have a store, don't have that either. Condescending case managers. Just terrible.

A wonderful place to make decisions. A place where I once had no direction or some confusion about my goals and most of all my recovery. The staff are well trained and qualified to assist with just about any area of my life . Whether a suggestion or referral I found a new path at Banyan the beginning of a new life with consistency..

Admissions lied to my family about the type of program being offered. This facility abandoned my daughter at a hospital. I wouldn't recommend to anyone trying to find help.

It is difficult to express in words how grateful my family is to Clearbrook for helping my daughter with her addictions and mental health. After a 3 year battle with numerous hospitalizations and detox and rehab, it was only after her stay at Clearbrook that she accepted and verbally stated that she is an alcoholic and the first time she truly felt optimistic and determined to conquer her addiction and love herself. She is also bipolar, and Clearbrook also provided psychiatric and mental health services. The staff is absolutely amazing and Kevin in family support goes above and beyond in keeping families updated and answering any questions. Kevin actually gives his cell phone number to the family contact and responds quickly to text messages. When I was unable to get in touch with the therapist I sent a text to Kevin and the therapist phoned me within the hour. Jillian was my daughter’s therapist and she worked wonders and was available by phone and email. I only wish that my daughter could have continued her PHP with Clearbrook but there were no beds available so she went to Harmony in Cherry Hills, NJ. If your loved one chooses to continue in a PHP I recommend they stay with Clearbrook/Banyan, if possible, as it’s best to remain with the same program for continuity.

Worked on myself for a few weeks here. Amazing staff. Top notch food. Great scenery. High quality of care and treatment. Highly reccomend this for anyone looking to get sober and work on improving their life. Huge shout out to the staff for putting up with me and the encouragement during my stay.

Banyan provided one the best experiences that I have ever had. The staff is professional and they pay attention to details. I can honestly say this is the most amazing healthcare I have ever received.

The staff was great and I really am grateful for my experience. However, I do feel that the facility was slightly understaffed. Having adequate staff to patient ratio would have made the experience that much better. But, I would absolutely recommend Clearbrook.

I recently had a family member complete treatment at Clearbrook treatment Center. I was so impressed with the staff and the program. During a difficult time for my family, they helped put my mind at ease by communicating progress and making sure everyone’s needs were met. Casey (clinical supervisor) is amazing! She is honest, hardworking, and it is obvious that she is committed to her client’s success. If you or a loved one needs help, I highly recommend seeking treatment at Clearbrook. I had a great experience at Clearbrook and I cannot thank the staff enough, from the techs, counselors, nurses, case management, kitchen staff, blue team and anyone in between. Everyone here truly cares and makes you feel welcome. Their alumni program is outstanding and makes me feel a continued connection to Clearbrook and Banyan as I continue my journey at home.
