I found the doctors at the urgent care to be far more knowledgeable about my chronic illness than my regular doctors, so when my mom started having severe back pain, I referred her here. Since making the appointment, thry have consistently canceled, rescheduled, and then canceled it the day before the appointment for weeks. This is extraordinarily disappointing. If you have serious health conditions, don't use these people. They clearly don't care about helping the people of Lebanon County.

Had a scheduled apt Saturday morning for 840am. No dr or any staff arrived. So wasted my time and money and nothing in return. Dr. Emyawya is completely unprofessional and can't even get out of bed to come to work.

They are so very nice! I was disappointed that the earliest I could get in was if I went to Lebanon instead of lancaster location. I got there early for my appointment and they took me in right away. No wait for either test. Tanya was the sweetest receptionist. When you're getting tests done that you really don't want, it's comforting to be surrounded by awesome people.

I was on hold for over 15 mins trying to get someone to talk to on a mutual patient and I kept getting put on hold.

The Dr. was extremely condescending and rude, asking and answering his own questions. This was our first visit here. We will never be back nor will be recommend others choose this place for health care.
