Fast and efficient
Is a stupid place staff soc bad communication
Everyone is kind and professional.
Work injury walk in appointment fast service. Excellent staff.
I made an appointment online for 2:30, it's almost 4:00 and I have yet to be called back. I understand that the place gets busy but what is the point of making an appointment if you're not going to stick to the times you give?
The receptionist was friendly, the nurse was friendly, the doctor was friendly! Good experience
Made and appointment for no reason because I was only even brought into a room to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I waited over an hour just to have one physical paper filled out. $115 wasted.
Dr. Ling was very helpful during my exam. He explained exactly what shingles are, how they "travel", and pin pointed the nerve my rash is "traveling" on. He even took photos of my rash for my record as he said it was an unusual case. He has treated me before at Med Express and has always taken the time to explain thoroughly the problem. He even takes the time to chat for a few minutes after the exam.
Everyone was very nice, professional, clean area. Did not like change from walk-in to scheduling only.
Fast, professional

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
